Our Story
Dean Antiques started as a young couple with a passion for antiques who enjoyed collecting together and talking about the memories the collected pieces held. After a while the passion for antiques took over the house. We then decided to start selling parts of the collection and found that our passion was in telling the stories behind the pieces, the parts of history forgotten with time.
From the countless memories with someone you loved, to the many Sunday meals and holiday get-togethers, remembering special moments using pieces that invoked the smell of Mamaw's pies or Momâs no bake cookies, each dish was made with a small piece of timeless history. Within glassware like Pyrex, Fire King, or Jeanette, or plastics like Tupperware, Mom and Grandma passed down recipes that held a special place in their hearts. In connecting you with these pieces, we make time traveling through the memories that much easier.
We curate objects that tell storiesâauthentic antiques and distinctive collectibles sourced from estates, auctions, and private collections across the United States. Our mission is to connect passionate collectors with items that spark nostalgia, inspire conversation, and create memories with the generations to come.

Jacobâs Cave Franks Swap
Date
10/05/2025
Each swap we go to allows us to tell our story and the stories of forgotten companies bought out by larger ones, skilled hands long gone, and lives that were lived sharing their craft.
In this swap, our main story was that of a lady, Mary Price, who kept her motherâs dishes until her dying day. With no children to pass them down to, she left them to her pastor. Her pastor, my father-in-law, kept them from 1983 when she died up until 2025 when they were finally pulled out of storage. He told the story of Mary, who was the youngest of 17 children, who traveled the world but never married. They were her motherâs dishes that survived a covered wagon on the way to Springfield, Mo where the family settled. Though most details of the story were lost to time, the fact that the dishes made it over so many miles and survived so many hands is a testament to the dedication and detail put into creating and caring for them.
In the picture above the Haviland Limoges France china can be seen on the end of the table closest to the sports poster. Each delicate flower was hand painted and the Haviland china was once favored by brides as their wedding china and dinnerware.
Circa1842-1878 The Haviland china sets were a favorite during the late Victorian period, as written by the historian Mary Frank Gaston.
Meet The Family
Jenna Dean
Jennaâs passion for antiques is deeply rooted in Southern hospitality. Born and raised in Mississippi, her appreciation for the past began with her grandmother. Her Mammaw created a home where family and friends always gathered around a table filled with food made with love, served in her trusted Pyrex and Corelle dishes.
That tradition sparked Jennaâs love for collecting. Her cast iron collection traces back to her Mammawâs cornbread, and her appreciation for stories began while sitting at her feet, listening closely as she shared memories of her brothers and life in the good old days. Today, those early moments continue to inspire Jennaâs passion for preserving the beauty, history, and stories found in antique pieces.
Alexx Dean
Alexx is a hard-working dad who never meets a stranger. His passion for antiques comes from the sweet couple who chose to call him their son. Adopted as a baby, he was raised by parents who were both born in the 1930s. As foster parents, they welcomed many children into their home over the years before eventually adopting their last foster child, Alexx.
Growing up surrounded by their stories of earlier times, he developed a deep appreciation for history and the things that carry it forward. That appreciation turned into a love for antiques. The first antique he ever bought for himself was a 1951 Chevy Bel Air two-door hardtop, a car he still hopes to restore to its former glory one day.
The Welcome Committee
The heart of our team is two small companions who sometimes create more mischief than actual help. This dynamic duo steals hearts and the occasional hot dog wherever they go.
Gizmo, the Pembroke Welsh Corgi (also known as the gremlin), and Cupcake, the Lhasa-Poo (also known as Miss Maâam), are always along for the ride and make the best companions for our time-traveling antique adventures. đŸ
